FILTERING OPTIONS
You can filter ads by real estate type (house or apartment), location, size and ad type (for sale or rent). You can also filter by square meter price as a quality indicator: use a higher sq.m price to find a fully renovated rental, or invest in a lower priced fixer upper.
You can set up several alerts at the same time, for example
- one for your ideal real estate in the suburbs to buy, and
- one for a downtown rental where you can reside while looking for the property to buy.
